The executive branch needs to take on the task in leadership to inspire legislators to do what the've either been unable or unwilling to do in the past. The waste and incidents of fraud within the various current systems of social benefits are going to bankrupt the country. There are times when Americans need these benefits but far too many have found the cracks and loopholes in the system. All social services should be consolidated under a single department so that better oversight measures can be created.
