To work on limiting the number of years an elected official can serve in congress and senate.

Created by Q.S. on May 19, 2014

It makes sense that the president only gets two terms in office, but why isn't the same done for the other branches of government. If we could get this done it would help limit the corruption like it does for the presidency and for officials on their last term would be more productive than say one who is running for re-election. It could also keep things fresh and bring new ideas on how we could make our country better. The limit on terms for the president can serve was created so as to keep one person from becoming too powerful and taking away our right to be fairly represented. So shouldn't this be done for the other branches of government as well?
