Make it easier for undergraduate students (students who have recently graduated High School or are currently in an undergraduate college/university) who pay for their own college education without help from their family and who depend solely on scholarships or government loans, to be able to ensure that if they cannot afford college still, even after loans and scholarships, that they should still be granted more aid. Students should be able to apply, with the potential to be accepted, to any institution without fear of not being able to afford college. No student should have to be forced to attend a school that may offer a lower quality education because they cannot afford to attend a higher quality institution.
