Police officers across the nation are acting to undermine basic rights (life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness) of citizens across the nation. For too long, many police officers serve and protect their own fellow officers first, while serving and protecting citizens as a secondary priority.
Place pressure to force police officers to wear cameras while on duty.
If they have nothing to hide, then surely they won't mind being made to wear these cameras. Also, providing officers with footage from active duty would likely allow us to better train future officers. In addition, this would act to ensure responsibility among officers and the community. If we want a safe community, we all need to work for it. Police cameras on person allow us to work towards this end.
