Design a treaty or agreement with other trade partner countries to establish minimum wage standards and corporate tax rates. Countries that do not adhere to these standards would be subject to tariffs. This would ensure that the most productive workforces would be rewarded and the standard of living in many countries would be raised. If we are truly a global economy, the playing field must be leveled. This would bring many manufacturing jobs back to America and help many third world citizens out of poverty.
