The United States is currently the only large country that does not mandate a minimum employment leave. I am not advocating giving people 30 days per year, but we do need to have a standard set for time away from the job. Every years Americans work more hours yet only gain marginal increases in productivity. We are a people that are having so much stress placed on the work day that we are burning out American and give the jobs to people who are from other countries. Why not an America for Americans first. You can also save on health care costs by give the body a chance to rest. You can strengthen the family unit by giving more opportunities for the family unit to actually be together. Consider a minimum set of leave hours/days for American businesses.
