Our founding fathers meant for government to be "of the people, by the people, and for the people." The representatives of the people should not make careers out of being such. By doing so, they become corrupt and lose sight of who they truly represent. We, therefore, "highly resolve" that the Obama administration should work towards an amendment placing limits on Congress, much as that same body did with the 22nd Amenndment.
