Allow any and all vetted people who have found work in this country to work and pay taxes without becoming a citizen.
Citizenship is to be granted only after 15 years and the country's culture, its constitution and the reason the constitution was written are understood.
Once becoming adults, children born in the US by non citizens and "citizens at birth" have the option to become US citizens if they also understand and accept the country's culture, its constitution and the reason the constitution was written.
