Dear President Obama,
Please work with both Democrats and Republics in the Senate and the House of Representatives to find a way to avoid going over the fiscal cliff. Please put ALL options on the table. This is not about one side winning over the other.
It is time to give this country the leadership it so desperately needs right now. The people are tired of watching both sides dig their heels in and refuse to compromise.
The American people DEMAND spending cuts. Do NOT ignore the will of the people. We do understand taxes will go up. Yet, Republicans will be and should not agree to that without substantial cuts in spending. It time the federal government develop spending priorities, pass a budget and live within it. All of these things need to happen in a balanced approach
