Work with the States to restructure Congress, so all members are able to only serve 1 term at a time.

Since Congress seems more concerned with getting elected than serving the people, they should be limited to 1 (one) term at a time, with at least a 1 (one) term wait limit to run again. This will prohibit Senators and Representatives from ignoring the will of the people, and gaining too much individual power in their positions. It will also allow for more diversity in each house at each election.
