Work together for the common good of the people to make effective and positive changes.

1) Increase minimum wage to compensate the cost of living in the economy of the 21st century. 2) Change expungement laws for people w/records that are over 7 years old for misdemeanors and felonies for certain charges. This is a hindrance seeking employment. 3) Implement mentor programs for teenagers. 5) Protect employees on the job from "work force bullying". 6) Changing the unemployment laws. 7) Single parents should be able to receive some assistance with food or housing assistance. It should not be based off "gross pay" when we aren't living off "gross pay". 8) Doing away with the “at will” law. It is unfair to be fired without cause or differences of personalities with upper management.
