As a starting framework, the following items should happen:
1) Immediately remove from office anyone who uses the words 'It's Their Fault' or blames our issues on the other parties. Actions such as these do not show leadership capabilities and demonstrate an incapability to complete their jobs. Those positions will be refilled by popular vote, with the 'fired' incumbent being in-eligible to run for 5 terms.
2) Produce a budget within 60 days detailing exactly how spending will be allocated for the top 30% of agencies consuming federal funds.
3) Within 120 days, produce a full budget with a full revised deficit reduction plan for the people's review.
In summary, I petition my government to do their job and hold themselves to a higher work ethic.
