Our elected officials, democrats, republicans or independents must be free to vote, without signed secret or public pledges to any indiidual, organization or group including the parties they belong to.
Our elected officials are sent to Washington D.C. to represent the citizens of their districts and the United States of America.
They must be free and uncommitted to vote on all pieces of legislation as they see best for our country and citizens at the time of the vote.
Any signed secret or public pledge prevents them from performing this crucial duty at the time of the vote.
