Initiate a process to review and reformulate a different system for electing state and government officials.
These would include;
1. Set term limits for offices in Congress and the House
2. Limit the amount of money that each candidate can spend
3. Forbid donations to campaigns from individuals and corporations, by allocating a set amount of money (same amount for all candidates) from state and federal funds to every candidate running for state of federal office.
4. Change the voting days to weekends and make voting a mandatory act.
5. Shorten the time for campaigns
