Ok, people!
Short version. Net Neutrality - it's a geeky thing, if you're not programing code, running servers, or whatever geeks do, then who cares, right? Right. Except *now*, there's a bunch of political stuff going on that could mess things up. If you care about the internet at all, then you need to know what the heck this ambiguous nonsense computer nerd term means.

What?? I can't write out a petition on Net Neutrality in 800 characters! I can't even explain what it -IS- in 800 characters. What sort of [unflattering term for someone] designed this site?!
