We need immediate action to accelerate the completion of the desalination plants and increase consideration of more locations for the use of the future rise of the oceans from the melting glaciers, on both coasts, to effectively supply not only farmers so we can continue to grow affordable food but also to sustain employment, which provides tax renues, as well as daily water needs. In the mean time, we must figure how to divert more available water or export water from melted snow swelled rivers in the Spring or use flood situations to store water for someone's lack of it. In the end it is for all to solve this problem. Think tanks probably have ready suggestions.
