Work with the UN council to provide safe passage of Syrian refugees proactively, instead of using military power.

The need to preserve World order supersedes the need to showcase military action for War crimes. The use of weapons against weapons will provide no relief for a collapsing country, nor will it help the UN or the US’s credibility. The proposal is that we appeal to the UN for immediate and non-violent aggressive relocation of any and all Syrian refugees/ people to temporary or permanent locations. The preservation of the Geneva Protocol is quintessential, and by removing Syrian refugees from harm, we are doing our duty to prevent further abuse. More importantly, we are stemming further deterioration to our relations with foreign powers by acknowledging the greater Humanitarian need. Our next actions can lead to greater cooperation among foreign powers or ignite a powder keg steadily growing.
