Work with the United Nations to prohibit the use and proliferation of all atomic or nuclear weapons internationally.

Powerful weapons like nuclear bombs should not be used by any legitamate government because of the high level of civilian casualties. The United Nations needs to outlaw their use and production. Two nations cannot fight eachother with nukes and expect to win; everyone loses in nuclear war. Knowingly causing large amounts of civilian casualties is utterly unacceptible and is a crime against humanity.
