Work to update federal personal identification methods and technologies and all for their use on a state level.

Created by J.M. on October 03, 2011

Social security numbers are insecure and are re-used upon a persons death. They are also not reliable for identification purposes as they are not linked to any data on a persons description. Now that we live in an increasingly mobile society we need a nation wide method of identification. By ridding ourselves of the antiquated system of the social security number for a much better system and allowing states to have access for it's use we can further unify our country and make moving between states easier.
