Work on Welfare Reform, poor working class has to make tough choices often without food to pay for oil. we work hard

American working poor class Often enough many families who work have to make tough choices between paying their rent or buying oil. or buying food, because we work, and we have some money coming in we do not qualify for assistance from town halls or from the welfare department. while their are people in the welfare system that cheat the system, because there is no home inspections or home followup programs.( needs to be done without notice). there needs to be a change to the system. Welfare was put in place to help all people in need.. not just single mothers, (most who know how to play the system) or single fathers. what about the single people out there that struggle to make ends meet and every now an then need a helping hand to get through..
