Workers Corporation (W-Corp) - A Better Corporate Entity

Created by B.C. on October 24, 2011

The current Corporate structure in America is broken. Corporations have nothing invested in their current employees, and employees have nothing invested in the corporations they work for.

It is a use and abuse relationship, with the Shareholders and the Top Executives running away with most of the wealth, while the working class work in a state of indentured servitude.

I propose a new corporate entity called a Workers Corporation (W-Corp).

Here are the rules for a W-Corp:

- 15% of all Dividends must be distributed Evenly amongst all Employees
- 15% Voting Interest in the Company will go to Employees
- 15% Top Corporate Tax Rate
- Employees will democratically elect at least one member to the Board

Imagine a minimum wage clerk getting a cut of the profit!

Consider it!!
