Workers Rights & Labor Reform 2014

This petition calls for the reform of current labor laws in order to maintain and promote a safe and healthy working environment for all current employees. This will be accomplished through the reintroduction of employment contracts which stand to strengthen the relationship between the employer/employee. Employment contracts no longer simply bind the individual consenting to them, but also the spouse as well as any current/future descents that the individual intends to have. If an employer becomes aware that a current/future employee is unable to financially account for his living expenses then that employer now has the option to provide food and housing in return for labor. If an employee is found to be in breach of the contract the employer will be given custody over the employee.
