Workers/employee safety at night

This is a petition to create a law for the safety and potential job creation for employees who work at night as some places try to have one person on during a shift. we need to create some regulation that prevents employers from leaving an employee by them self at night i propose a law that states that after day light hours and before day light hours that for any work establishment that is open to the public over night that there must be a second if not third person working along side them for safety and security of the fellow co-worker. This will not only help keep them safe but will also make sure that a job is there for another individual as well to help lower unemployment.
