Hence forth in the year of 2013, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA shall require that any person afforded the privileged to vote must submit proof of payment for Federal Income Taxes in the previous year. Any person found to not pay Federal Income Taxes for the previous year before an election, shall not vote for a period of four years.
