both sides of congress, the democrates as well as the tea party republicans need to get together for the good of the people and the nation, not just for there own special interests, we as a country we have lost the respect of the world abroad as well as it's own people, as an inducement to work together may i suggest that both parties have there (as well as there staffs) paychecks held at bay until compromise's can be reached, we as a nation can never be conquered rather we WILL destroy ourselves in the name of one party or another, WORK TOGETHER, and be what you were sent to congress to be, representatives of the people and for the people.
