The world is changing we must also change with new Ideas

I have many Ideas, but one at a time, this Idea is to bring back company's back to the USA and one way for us to compete is to used 1/2 of the workforce with inmates on a humane way, I am sure most of the inmates will be more than glad to work as long as they are treated fair and get a little money so they can buy stuff from the prison store, this will lower the labor by 50% or more and bring jobs that are no longer here and it will also train people so when they get out become good citizens.
