Basically pneumatic tube large enough to transport small electric cars and people at high speeds efficiently. The energy savings and convenience would be significant. Imagine diving a small electric car short distances and docking into a pod and traveling high speeds to far away locations at high speeds. This system would be able to provide jobs worldwide and rejuvenate the economy. The design would be good for the next thousand years. I have thought about the design for years and if we the people are interested I will share design concepts that deal with friction and hub issues.
