A World without Nuclear Weapons

The Five World Super Powers China, France, Russia, United Kingdom and the United States have the power to eradicate 85 percent of the world population in a Nuclear World War. We've learned from history the consequences of allowing head of states or countries to have such powers. I believe States have the right to defend themselves but they do not have the right to decide the fate of humanity. Therefore I'm asking the Obama Administration and Congress to work with other leaders around the glove to reduce Nuclear Weapons by 80% or to completely eliminate them. Imagine a World without Nuclear Weapons.
