Food is the basic necessity of human beings and farmer is the key to fulfill this primary need. Unfortunately farmer is ignored and neglected worldwide and is not given the resources and respect that he deserves. Especially in Asia where a huge number of agricultural countries exist, farmer is living below the poverty line. Therefore every small farmer should be provided with a monthly allowance by his government that is equal to a monthly wage rate.
