If you have a criminal record, or know of someone with one, you know all to well the difficulties of obtaining employment. The problem is that most of the jobs out there discriminate against someone with a record, regardless of the evidence of rather or not that can be proven. If you are a ex-felon it seems that the more applications you put in, the less calls you get. It been said 1 in 4 American adults have a criminal record of some kind. That is 64 million people folks, and there is roughly 315 million. That is some crazy numbers folks.
Please someone get some laws passed that would make ones criminal record legally unattainable by employers and anyone outside the Department of Justice (courts, police). I would like to add more to this if possible, please email me themistknight@yahoo
