For wounded combat veterans not to have his/her disabilities used against them in a child custody case (PTSD).

Wounded combat veterans get disabilities used against them in child custody cases. Therefore, if a person has PTSD for serving his/her country that makes the person incapable of raising his/her own children to court standards. Thus, discrimination against combat veterans who have swore to protect the nation. In addition, private pensions through the veteran affairs is not taxed but can be used for child support when it is for the veteran to support the veteran for disabilities. This is being stripped away from veterans and having the veteran pay excessive amounts in child support leaving him/her little money to support themselves. I petition this to better the country my community and stand up for those who have been beaten down by the judicial system and see his/her children vary little.
