The Act would include:
1. Large companies doing business here must have a domestic call center for customer service.
2. Labeling of domestic content for major purchases such as televisions and appliances.
3. A tax on “high-frequency trading” greater than the current one for short-term capital gain to ensure trades are done not just to create market volatility.
4. Legalize growing of industrial hemp. Hemp farming would create more domestic jobs.
5. Reform labor laws to make it easier for farmers to employ high-school-age students in summer.
6. Tariffs on imported goods where the export nation has labor and/or environmental laws less strict than US laws.
7. Restrict coal and natural gas exports to improve national security and global competitiveness.
