The President shall write one or more bills encompassing the following to present to Congress.
Applicable to any income received while in office as pay for service by any members of Congress, Cabinet, Vice President or President from the U.S. Treasury in accordance with Articles I, II, and the 27th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution or any other taxable income received while in office.
Shall be taxable at no less than the highest federal tax rate under the law. (Repealing all laws to the contrary)
Shall be ineligible for any and all deductions that reduce taxable income. (Repealing all laws to the contrary)
Shall be taxable at a federal tax rate of 100% for any income received during a tax year in which no balanced federal budget was achieved. (Repealing all laws to the contrary)
