Write an official letter to congress, condemning the failure to pass a budget as both Treason and Dereliction of duty.

The members of both houses have made it clear that they have been, and currently are, placing their personal gains and and personal interest over those of the Unite States of America in a time of Military conflict, during threats of terrorism and a fiscal crisis. These same people have also not shown up for debates or votes, had day with no real business, and prolonged recesses, while the American Government, its contractors and the American economy are being sabotaged by their inaction. We find this to be both Treason and Dereliction of duty, please them them you do to. Officially and in writing.
