My petition embarks on the constant color of law abuses of State Court and the conspiracy in which is used by the Prosecution, Police and Judges to obtain convictions against African-Americans. The constitution as written give an indication that we still are slaves and should be treated as such. The 3/5 rule is just thrown around by our other counter-parts is a bit unsettling, being we tend be crucified at every phase of any matter; even if it's illegal. The Indians were written into the constitution and has exemption, but the African-American is still being whipped. The law text of the constitution is a wobbler and give the authority to people who hates us the discretion to enslave us, due to our socioeconomic status; this is unfair. We the people want a change and acknowledgement.
