For years we has asked U.S. EPA to develope a tracking system that will track and identify all elements causing harm.

It is the elements in creation that causes the energy fields to collide with each other. With a tracking system that could identify all elements in creation, this could not only help identify human behaviors but it could identify other elements like the formation of Tornados, Hurricains, Earthquakes, Tsunames etc.Our wheather bureaus system has identified pollin formation of rain clouds in the environment.. Since we are looking at "Energy" as the root cause of community desasters as in the Oklahoma devastation and much of community violence this could alert communities when the elements begain to formate at the begining of a catastophy.
