YELP do not communicate and intentionally filter positive feed backs for small businesses. as long as a feed back is negative is valid!! I have many customers who they were really happy and left a positive feedback but they have placed in the bottom of YELP page in an invisible location which called "not recommended reviews" how come?? this means they are black mailing businesses to bow to their power and ability to destroy a business. I mean both negative and positive legitimate reviews must be reflected. Yelp do not follow this direction. Please support small businesses , please support customers as well, we need accurate information NOT a filtered ones.
