Yosemite belongs to us!

We the People own Yosemite National Park.
The Delaware North Corporation, (DNC,) was given a contract to MANAGE the park and the concessions.
Nowhere in this contract did we give them ownership of our property!
If these properties are not returned immediately we want criminal charges brought for over $40 million theft from the citizens of the USA.
Any costs associated with this entire fiasco should be paid by the DNC, since it is their criminal actions that have created this cost.
It is NOT ACCEPTABLE that we should have to change names of some of our National Landmarks, names that they've had for decades, because an unethical corporation is looking to scam us for money.
These are public property and have been for decades!
