You would not let your babies, kids, or people under go any of these types of tests, experiments or they would be charged with numerous counts of abuse, endangerment, so if this is not acceptable for babies, kids, or people than it is most certainly not acceptable for animals. The University of Wisconsin-Madison tests and experiments are absolutely cruel.
Demand that the University of Wisconsin-Madison be charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent that the law allows and take away any funding they get.
