You cannot vote anywhere in the USA in the calendar year in which you received more than 26 weeks unemployment benefits

For ANYONE who has received more than 26 weeks of unemployment(over half the year), shall NOT be eligible to vote in ANY election for the calendar year in which they received the benefits.
