anyone who sits on a science committee must believe in science. he/she must also have at least a 5th grade comprehensions of science. religious beliefs and texts can not be cited as scientific fact(s). anyone who cites a religious belief or text must step down from the science committee. anyone who make a statement that is so scientifically unsound that even a 5th grader would classify the statement as fundamentally stupid. he/she must step down from the science committee
