Young age people's wage need to be increased. Also, Women's average wage need to be increased.

There are age and sex discrimination in the workplace in our society.
According to The Heartland Institute, a woman can make 77 cents when a man make 1 dollar. Also, young age people make almost half money of elder people. It's to unfair to young age people and makes their life hard.
It's only fair that both sex are paid same wage because both sex have similar ability lately. Their sex are only different. About the young people, they are people, who will lead this world. They need to focus on developing their own, but they can't do that because of the money. So, young people also need to be given enough money from workplace. Finally, they can focus on developing themselves. The government has to support it for the bright future.
