Be very careful how far you tread, your Oath of Office says that you must support and defend the Constitution of these United States. If you pursue, law creation by bypassing Congress; then you will be in direct violation of the guidelines regarding the Checks and Balances of our Democratic Republic. Using the power of the Executive Order to MAKE, not merely implement policy; subverts the separation of powers as outlined in the Constitution.
Second, you will also be in direct violation of the 2nd amendment "the right to bear arms shall not be infringed". If you choose to continue on this path, "We the People" will have just grounds to start impeachment proceedings against you.
