I am asking you today to make a decision on an issue that deserves your full attention. An issue of the youth. An issue that may devastate the very future of America’s workforce. Not everyone agrees on the reason or cause but we can all agree that there’s been a youth employment problem ever since the crisis of 2008. Teens and young adults alike have been having a hard time finding jobs. As well as the few who do find jobs also find it low paying in most cases without much chance of improvement.
I think what we really need is more entry level jobs like the ones we had 30 years ago. This way youth entering the workforce for the first time can get experience for the bigger better jobs we all really want.
