California youth if in grade school,middle school,high school,and college are smoking flavored Hookah pens (Cigarettes similar to E-Cigarettes/Vapor Cigarettes) calling it "cool". My friends offered me a Hookah pen saying "it's just candy". It's this that starts a life of crime. I want to get Hookah Pens banned in California to stop this before it gets out of hand.
