I could not find the button of "proceed with claim completion process" on this page----https://cert.gardencitygroup.com/zrwdet/fs/home
And their pages were different from mine in the vedio（http://www.zeekrewardsreceivership.com/OFACandRelease ）.
So I could not find some pages.
After I viewed the vedio,I still had not electronically signed the release and OFAC certification required by Court orders.I am a Chinese,but they want me fill "State" of the United States in that form.
I could not submit and continue in this website(https://cert.gardencitygroup.com/zrwdet/fs/w8Form ). "Submit & Continue" is gray.
