To establish a Zero Tolerance policy within the United States for violent criminal behavior.
That the people of the United States will not tolerate any longer the violent behavior and repeat behavior of any and all violent criminals within the boundaries of this country. This will include robberies/assualts with any type of weapon, all violent street-gang activity, including citizen and non-citizen peoples. And age of these individuals is of no relevance. This will include behaviors of criminals within the ciminal penal systems
Once found guilty in a court of law beyond a shadow of a doubt, will receive the Death Penalty within a reaonable and prudent period of time..
