Zoo Animals Safeguards Act

We the undersigned want: All zoo animals (if possible) to be annually trained in more than one way to safeguard against dangerous situations however rare, common, or unlikely they might be. For humans that do go beyond the barrier and put their safety at risk as well as the animals', to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for animal endangerment. That technology be developed to help the animals know to stay away from humans unless directed by zoo employees. Cameras to be placed in all exhibits to monitor daily visitors and ensure that if something does happen it can be reviewed easily so appropriate measures can be taken as quickly and swiftly as need be.
