I know a famous event happened in the United States of America in Littlerock many years ago .Now in China ,I have to face the same problem which in chinese means "插班生"
Passing the terrible exam is the only chance to study in "East China University of Political Science and Law" But I think everyone in this world deserves a basic measure of learning ! So ,I hope that your government could talk to the president of that university to allow me to study in that school,cause there are many diplomats in your lovely country!
